She subsequently featured in the critically and commercially successful series Mohabat Subh Ka Sitara Hai(2013), Mere Humdum Mere Dost (2014), and Alvida (2015).
Sanum was married in January 2016 to a flight instructor, Syed Abdul Qassam Jafri whom she was dating since 2012
